Set in an imaginary European
country, this comic love story unfolds when a young princess
defies her role in her family's scheme to regain their royal
title. The first Hungarian playwright to achieve international
acclaim ("Liliom"), Ferenc Molnar brings to light the
true nature of love and the responsibility of royalty as the
family finds themselves captive in a world of passion and intrigue.
